I told the butcher and the Chinese butcher and the sub-continent butcher about dirigibles, and since we're creating so much hydrogen, we can merely ferry our Peter Lori's up halfway or so and then use a bigger granfalloon to ferry them the rest of the way up, perhaps putting a membrane on the surface of the atmosphere itself for support.
