That's about what I was thinking.
I mean, you can't have real Tex-Mex unless there's guacamole at least
*available*, even if nobody at *your* table consumes it.
And guacamole at a Mongolian BBQ would be a travesty, at least IMO.
So, on guacamole grounds alone, "tex-mex" at Mongolian BBQ is heresy.
