Wha? You've never seen a dragging chain throwing off sparks? On concrete even? Heck the chain can strike itself. Anywho, other people saw the sparks, it was very windy and the flames spread fast. They had stopped the mobile home before it left the state. The fire wasn't huge, but still 100k+ money, may have been millions. It was around 1994, can't find reference now. Kevin T.
