Actually, TI made digital micro-mirror devices (DMDs) several years ago. Lucent/Agere also worked on some double-gimbaled micro-mirrors. They are used, among other things, in digital video projectors and some large-scale optical network switches (which I don't think have really panned out :-). I don't know what the advantages would be in using them in logic circuits.
