Rio de Janeiro might be the place in the world with the
_lowest_ temperature variation, from the coldest night in
Winter to the hottest day in Summer. The temperature
usually stays in the 20 deg - 40 deg range, sometimes
going to 15 deg or 45 deg, but never more [or less] than
that.
