And it smells musty much of the time. And the people are, well, Christians.
The idea is to attract more atypical Christians who enjoy the company of both typical and atypical. It's a problem of catalysts. Now, saying this, it might or might not get a number of people into the pews or whatever they use at temple or mosque. The good part isn't the service -- that's usually boring unless you go to a church where people are used to dressing nicely, then you can look for sticks or triangles. Be polite about it though, and no touching or even talking about it. From my experience, it's the fellowship after service, no time limits, and the lousy coffee. You're not there for the coffee. You're not there to talk shop. Figure out why you're there. Or just refrain from going to Church. I feel stupid having to explain even this.
