Hey idiot, if ABC news puts out the story today, then we can comment on it today. You have no standing to judge others. I've been waiting for the opposite device, something that eliminates the ability to fast forward through commercials. The only way for that to be effective would be for all VCR makers to introduce the feature at the same time. Would that be colusion(sp)? I've never seen TVs or VRCs that have the volumn adjusting feature work. I'm pissed, my one VCR won't let me add/remove specific channels. I have three channels in my first 12 that I want to remove, two shopping channels and a religious channel. But otherwise the VCR works fine so I'll keep it. When I get my next one that will be the third feature I look for. In other news: my TV if failing. It's 18 years old, I bought it after a customer got a new one from a lightning strike insurance claim. Not bad, paid $50 14 years ago. Hello digital! A recent interview with David Bowie, he said within five years there will be no copyright laws. Can't find a relevant link.
