I don't work with quantum gravity, but I imagine that if I did then I'd work with Planck units (which would indeed set all three of those constants to unity). I'm not sure I've ever actually done this, but I've certainly used natural or geometrised units a fair bit. Rich, who has a cold which is making thinking hard.
