Parts is parts. I believe an investigation on missing children outside of the United States will turn up some depressing results.
The other option is Men In Black, which I believe I've disproved from many angles. Somebody has been Dr Frankenstein, or is our medical system clean? Not the worst case, because I compare the advertisements for missing people here, the erosion of the extended family and support here, and the lack of advertisements or even rumors of missing children outside of this country, and the medical system they have there.
