I'm afraid you'll have to be more clear with me in the future, I didn't
know you were calling me a jerk before. And I had thought you brought up
the concept of leading.

I guess you'll need to give a cite here, because I don't think I ever
said that civility should be thrown "out the window". Of course, judging
from where you said you called me a jerk while the words you wrote said
"thanks", and then you wrote about leading but said that I brought up
the subject, I guess words don't mean the same thing to you as they do
to me.

By the way, have you been leading by example? Just wondering if I should
be studying and learning from your examples.
