Well, I have network access again.
I don't have things set up to send anything from a zurg.net address yet.
Maybe before bed tonight.
The computer is currently set up in the wrong room (trouble-shooting a
problem) and I won't be able to get it back into the right room until
sometime later this afternoon. (It's just not a good idea for me to try
to carry a monitor as large as this one....)
I know I have a ton of mail waiting to be read, but I won't be able to get
to it until sometime after the computer is moved, and there may be a few
other things that are a little more pressing. (Like ordering the
replacement part for the crib -- you'd think an engineer and a CAD
programmer could figure out how to dissasemble a crib without losing
parts, wouldn't you? Well, if you thought that, let me disabuse you of
the notion right now.)
Anyway, we're in the new house, we have probably still over 400 boxes to
unpack (the movers moved 444, we moved some more ourselves before and
after), the dogs *still* can't be let out into the vastness of the yard
(but by the end of the day, it ought to be OK), and the piano is about to
arrive, so I've gotta go. I'll post a more coherent update sometime
before the end of the week.
