Isn't there a fair bit of repetition between when he takes the drugs 
preparing to go no stage and when he finally makes it onto stage? That 
would be in either the end of Comfortably Numb or the start of Show Must 
Go On. Otherwise I'd look to the end, around the Trial - it's awfully 
long and gets repetitive.
Most CD burning software can also skip the 2 second pause between 
tracks, which should give you an extra 50 seconds (and help the 
transitions during playback).
