I enjoyed both articles (although I did not see 'Attack of the Clones'); I had previously read Dr. Brin's articles on 'Phantom Menace.' I found that movie to be borderline racist, and I _despised_ Jar-Jar; I also found the notion of Anakin being an 'unsired birth' silly (to me) and probably offensive (to devout Christians, as he grew up to be an evil murderer). Still, I enjoyed the original trilogy (despite its flaws), and I have read quite a few of the post-SW books. Timothy Zhan's trilogy was particularly fun (how can you _not_ like a villain with glowing red eyes?!), and composites like 'Tales of the Bounty Hunters' developed some of the incidental characters (like the hefty dancing girl) in interesting ways. Debbi who has found expressing anger to be a useful tool in select situations...except when sleep-deprived :( __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
