My classmates...but a Brin-L test would be 'vehrrrry
interestinggg.'

Here is a somewhat more detailed article:
http://www.intelihealth.com/IH/ihtIH/WSIHW000/8271/24665.html

A study published in the May 2000 edition of the
journal Circulation reports that people with normal
blood pressure, with higher scores on an assessment of
their trait anger, are nearly three times more likely
to have a heart attack. Even those whose anger is
moderate face a significant risk of illness and death
from coronary heart disease.

"The results of this study are consistent with those
of previous studies on anger and heart disease," says
Janice Williams, Ph.D., M.P.H., lead author of the
study and an epidemiologist (a specialist who studies
the incidence, distribution and control of disease in
a population) with the Centers For Disease Control And
Prevention. (She was with the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill when the study was conducted.)
What makes her study different is that her
participants started out disease-free. "This type of
study provides more convincing evidence of a
connection between anger and heart attack."
