Digest subscribers... the digest doesn't filter by topics. Digests contain *all* messages, regardless of your settings. This feature, or bug, is likely to persist for a while, as the primary developer of Mailman isn't sure he'll get to it before the final release of version 2. He's given me a pointer or two as to how to create a patch, so I may see if I can't fix this myself (DB would very much like it).
Also, clicking "Reply" on the digest will address the reply to the wrong address (brin-l-request rather than brin-l). This may have been fixed in the latest update, which I'm about to install.
