An Iraqi megalomaniac is one thing; rather easily manipulated and kept in his place. An American megalomaniac with the irresistible might of the U.S. military is quite another. I'm not calling anyone a megalomaniac, but should the executive branch upset the balance of power too much, the emergence of such a person becomes a dangerous possibility.
