Side and front. It is wider and softer than that green thing you use. It is white and
doesn't have a stop leak valve or anything. It's made from a rubbery stuff. I haven't
seen it around lately but it is a really nice thingy to have. It is intended as an
inbetween teats and the green thing. But Tom doesn't like the green ones so we stuck
to this one. He likes it so I'm happy.

Try a straw. Worked for Tom and still works for most of the kids his age I know. Tom
can drink all by himself from a cup or glass. Still have to watch him though for any
"escapades" like you mentioned.
