Strange things are happening in e-mail land... One of the e-mail aliases in use with the Brin-L.com domain is [EMAIL PROTECTED] (which forwards to my home account). I recently subscribed that address to Brin-L, but nothing came through. I tested the address by sending a message from my home account to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The message did arrive, but at the same time I also received a message stating:
>This message was created automatically by mail delivery software (Exim). > >A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its >recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: > > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > unknown local-part "digest" in domain "brin-l.com" IOW, the message could not be delivered (apparently because the address does not exist), but at the same time it was in fact delivered (which proves that the address *does* exist). Huh? Does anyone have any idea what may cause this?
