I think that the pseudonymity of the Fool is quite reasonable. After all, he or she has a consistent identity and so a coherent reputation that messages can affect. The situation I wouldn't like much would be anonymous posting, because anonymous messages would be much less closely linked to the consequences for the poster. And at least the Fool is openly pseudonymous - it would be trivially easy to invent an identity that wasn't obviously a pseudonym and none of us need ever know. I also have to say that the idea that somebody might "come after" someone for saying something here is a little troubling.
