Oh my.  Off by a factor of ten. It just proves that I am sometimes powerless 
when the error cannot be seen by spellcheck.
 
I remember that Clarke said later that when the first photos came back from 
Jupiter, the sequel started writing itself.

Did our dear Dr. Brin review or comment upon Clarke's novel of an extremely 
transparent society?
