LightRail here in Denver has pretty good usage, but
since there's only one line as of yet, you still have
to drive your car to the Park'n'Ride.  I'm hoping that
they'll extend the line(s) so that I can use it too. 
When I was working in Boulder, quite a few local
people rode their bikes to work (think I'll have to
pass on biking ~30 miles one-way, though!).

Given your earlier post about hoping to catch
light-runners, it'd better be a big ol' tank of a car!

New car worship is not something I participate in
either; my last one had ~200K miles, and this one will
click over the 100K mark in the next 6 months or so (I
certainly hope it goes another 100K as well).
