And what if there is no news stand nearby?     What if the Brin-L'er lives
in a rural area, and getting this article would require a half-hour's effort?

Ronn already asked a similar question, and my answer to that (which also applies here) arrived almost 15.5 hours *before* your post arrived.

But, as I am a nice guy, I will repeat the answer here:

I can't tell you how comforting it is to have you judging how everyone else
else spends their time....
I am not at all judging how "everyone else spends their time", I am providing a solution for the problem "I cannot spare the time to go to a newsstand to pick up a copy myself".

But then, correctly interpreting what others write has never been one of your talents...
