John only requested (not demanded) intervention, without asking for any specific action. Julia and I decided what intervention seemed appropriate. When I reviewed both of their recent messages, I decided what it was and Julia concurred. And as I wrote to Jeroen, using moderation is something we are greatly reluctant to do.
