I was gonna say, are the quality of life issues attendant to being hit by one of these things repeatedly worth the smug satisfaction of suing the owners? I'd like my defense to be a bit more...offensive. But perhaps violence is the last resort of the incompetent. (Is there anything useful about a Segway other than the path-clearing threat of violence it embodies?)
