And since gas-hogs tend to be heavier, a simply
mileage-based 'sin tax' unfairly rates the wear from a
Honda the same as that from a hummer.  Not to mention
the pure creepiness of everyone constantly being GPS'd
- sounds like Poindexter's dream-come-true.  >:(
