Much more imaginative than Hank's donkey, but
curiously weighted heavily towards Revelations, which
he(the author) admits is judged by scholars to be
allegorical not factual, yet then he proceeds to quote
from Rev _as if_ it is to be taken literally...

In the Star Trek movie-that-didn't-really-happen,
"god" turns out to be a mad, evil, almost-invincible
being caged in the center of the galaxy (by whom? - in
a ST book, it was the Q, who also erected the Great
Barrier around the galaxy as a way to keep out the
evil, mad X (or possibly it was Null or The One - I
read it a while back)); only science and humanoid
courage save the galaxy from a hideous fate...
