If 1,500 Euros equals 1,600 dollars, then a dollar would be worth 1,066 Euros; that *has* happened, but the last time it *did* happen was early June 2002; it's been going downhill ever since (although it has actually been going downhill longer than that). At the current exchange rate (1 : 0.92), 1,500 Euros equals roughly 1,380 dollars -- that is 220 dollars less than the article wants us to believe.

Just thought I'd mention that...
