Having gone through the nightmare of cancer with two people close to me, and
having run a very popular cancer mailing list, I'm quite certain that this
is a scam. There are many, many cancer scams. Most of them claim that
their "cure" is being hushed up by a conspiracy of the pharmaceutical
companies, government, etc. Given some of the very questionable behavior
of the pharmaceutical companies, it's not surprising that there's money to
be made with such stories... above and beyond that which desperate people
will spend to try to survive when mainstream medicine runs out of answers.

My father-in-law, who had inoperable lung cancer, lived just this side of
the Mexico border at Tijuana, which is a bit of a haven for cancer scams.
After a while, I realized that anyone who was legitimate would be crazy to
locate in Tijuana. That would be like selling T-bills in a pool hall.
