I'm sure most of you have been unable to avoid news reports showing the impromptu memorial to Columbia at the NASA-JSC front gate.
It gives me a very strange feeling to watch news reports from a spot 2 blocks away from me. I rollerbladed over there today with my son, so that he could see it, and so i could see the people hanging out there. There were about 100 people there at all times and there are at least 50 there now.
