Over here the episodes are rentable. Maybe your local video rental store (sp?)Unfortunately, Puerto Rico being a commonwealth/colony (and I am not using the term in a despective way) of the USA, we are under the same trade limitations as the mainland. Those may be available only the international market, I'm sorry to say.

them to air on national tv.... only a couple more years down the road.

Now that you mention it, the first time I saw a TNG episode, it was a rental as well. Another international release like the one I mention above.
