The various Amazon branches do not charge for S&H within the country,
but do charge S&H for delivery abroad (in which case import tariffs may
also apply). Barnes & Noble charge for S&H, Proxis do not. Amazon UK and
Proxis also don't mention if the DVD's are widescreen.
