And my favorite sitcom of all time is Futurama. With both The Simpsons and Futurama, I've never seen an episode that didn't make me laugh out loud really hard at least once. Well, every episode since sometime in the second or third season of The Simpsons. Before that, there might be a few that only elicited light chuckles.
Other than those, I get my comedy from Buffy and Angel (between apocalypses ;-)
