That reminds me of a contract I once signed (unfortunately) for a computer consulting firm. I was just graduated from college, and a said firm needed a programmer to modify PASCAL source code. In one of the clauses, the contractor (who happens to be an expert in computer law) forbade the employees to get a job for 1 year after termination of contract from the consulting firm. And in one case an entirely understandable (cutting edge bioscience research) restriction on them talking about what they had done for the previous employer.
