Anyone else stuck at home in this snowstorm? From looking at the radar it looks like this storm is covering all the way from Illinois to the east coast.
Here in Delaware Ohio, we have about 9 inches of new snow with the potential of another 10 inches. But I will believe that when I see it. They just declared a level 2 snow emergency here. Although, I have noticed that the schools here in central Ohio tend to close if there are a few flakes in the air. I remember going to school in the late 70's, early 80's and the bus was driving through drifts up to the bumper. I even remember one storm that made drifts that covered the 1 story school building were in (in Indiana). I am not sure if that was a function of better snow removal, less liability issues or just a different attitude - or all three.
