He didn't coin it. A Google search has over 400 results. A Yahoo! search
yielded a number of results as well, at least one dating back to 2000.
Define "widespread use". It's being used by a number of people, but it's
being described as a relatively new term, so I don't think it's exactly in
*common* use, but it's being used by a number of people.
