IF there were sufficient support in Congress, what is to stop Congress
from passing a new law against war in Iraq and over-riding the
Presidential veto? Then they could impeach the President if he goes
ahead anyway. Naturally, the chances of this much support in Congress
are virtually nil, but unless I've missed something, it is possible,
yes?
