1) Set up a filter so that everything with the right "to" is recognized
as legitimate.
2) If there's a new poster, you'll have that person come up as
filtered/legitimate, and manually add them to the friends list.
3) If you don't want to bother with adding them to the friends list, then
at least the filter will set it so you don't accidentally delete any
posts.
That's the best I've done with it.
