I don't disagree with you at all. But I think that Saddam is winning the propaganda campaign in this war. Marketing and perception are powerful tools in this war as evident by the position of countries that are normally our allies.


Which will take Saddam nowhere. The US will launch their attack in a couple of weeks, if not less. No matter what. Bush & co. have their minds set on toppling that government, and they will, by any means necessary. Since when has popular opinion been a deterrent to stop action from the US in a situation like this?


I make this clear: by stating the above, I am not condemning the war effort. I agree that something has to be done in Irak. If we allow Saddam to get away with this, we are bound to see a repetition of current events sometime in the near future.
