Groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center have noticed sets of code phrases of racist and anti-Semitic groups. Equating Israel with the Nazis is a red flag of anti-Semitism, just as talking of the need for the white race to defend itself is a code for racists. And, its not just a matter of equating the criticism of Israel with anti-Semitism. On brin-l we have Jewish members who have been strongly critical of acts of Israel while at the same time being sensitive to anti-Semitism. Equating the leader of the state of Israel to those who slaughtered 2/3rds of the European Jews is not just criticism; its anti-Semitism. Dan M.
