I suspect that your data is flowed a bit. To hell with what politicians think or do. Palestinians *did* have a better lives before Arafat was brought here. Israelis *did* have better lives before Barak withdrew Army from Lebanon, showing to Arafat that terror *does* help. See newspapers for data on unemployment/corruption/deaths.
