Who is "we"?.  These posts look at opposite ends of the same continuum.  Can 
the person who has no food look forward/upward to space?  If Maslow's 
heirarchy is to be believed, basic needs (food, shelter) have to be met 
before higher level goal setting.  It is easy for me to think/dream/imagine 
realities of space, but I have the benefit of food and no more leaks in the 
roof, etc- other people don't have the ability to see beyond survival.  Real 
easy for me to sit on the fence on this one.
