Wow... I doubt if many of us in Santa Clara County had any idea of that
history.  I could tell some stories of more modern political shenanigans
involving rail in this county, though.

This stinks.  How can it possibly be legal for so few to control our voting
records?

I was already a fan of Hartmann -- his books on ADD are terrific.  Now I
think I want to meet him.
