Interestingly enough, the 1986 Supreme Court decision barring the medicating of
insane prisoners so they can be executed was for the case of an insane criminal
who had stalked, among other people, a Supreme Court justice.  (The death
penalty was probably for the murders of 3 family members and 2 neighbors, and
not having anything to do with the actual stalking.)
