You said "suppressing" not "attacking". It seems that the Israelis, even
under Sharon, are holding back from an all-out attack. Even so, it seems
to me that the Israelis are not increasing the number of terrorists
by their actions against terrorists. Do you suggest that the Israelis
should refrain from attacking terrorists because they might create more
terrorists than they eliminate? I'd guess that the settlers provoke more
terrorist acts than the Israeli direct attacks on terrorists.
