That is probably the wost ignorant statement I've seen you write.
The rules of consanguinity (or prohibited degrees of relationship) vary from culture to culture and time to time. The brother-sister marriages of the Pharaohs still fall within the prohibited degrees of kindred for everyone (?) on this list. On the other hand modern western serial monogamy (and adoption) can lead to baffling cases. 25-year-old widow of 60-year-old starts relationship with his estranged 35-year-old son...[1][2]
[1] Which is still prohibited AFAIK; the borderline cases require anthropologically complex descriptions of relationships. And I'm not even sure what a second cousin twice removed is...
