Is there any accountability of this? For example, if I am looking for a doctor, can I check how many abortions s/he has signed?

Out of curiosity, why would knowing the number of performed procedures make a difference?

Because women might not be comfortable with having the procedure performed by an inexperienced doctor?

Perhaps.

I just think that asking how long someone has been in practice (or checking the diplomas on the wall) might be just as good as getting a numerical tally.
