I loved this episode.  :-)
Sic Transit Vir, episode 313.  It's my second favorite episode with 
recurring comedy elements.  My favorite is Convictions, episode 302, for the 
sequences where Londo and G'Kar are trapped together in the transport tube.  
That's some of the funniest writing for television I've ever seen.
