I just did a search for "Westy's Law," which was the original name of the bill that was eventually 'folded into' the CO omnibus crime bill; Google gave me 1 hit (inactive), while Dogpile gave over 10 (not counting one weird search engine that claimed ~ 10K hits, many dealing with psychic phenomenon...strange!).
