Just one question. If it is against international laws to kill POWs, can the
Allied troops be called POWs when, to my knowledge neither the USA or England
or Spain, or any of the other allies have declared war against Iraq? I was
just wondering as I'm sure somebody in the UN or Middle East will ask this
question sooner or later.

I mean, without a formal declaration of war, doesn't that make invaders
nothing but terrorists?
I wish people remembered that the means were as important as the end.
