That's another advantage. You're a lot more likely to incapacitate
without killing using one... (well, assuming the ambulance turns up
before they bleet to death I guess)

Seriously: We've all heard about the inside the house/outside the house no fault rules here in the states, but is it different with knives over there? Could the perp be outside, running away, if you notch him in the back will you not be charged?
